I failed a portion of the class, what now?
If the student fails the written part of the test, there are no retakes. They will need to take the class again which includes buying another class.
If a student fails the demonstration part of the test, they will need to practice the demonstration and then contact us by phone 720-962-8815 during our hours of operation. We will remote access the computer they are at and we will watch them retake this part of the test.
We will then update their score and resend a notification email with their updated score.
Important:
They can only miss two questions and if they fail this time, it is a fail and they will have to pay to retake the class again.
