I was kicked off or I can no longer see or hear the information being presented, what now?

We do not kick people out of our classes.

The majority of the people stating they were "Kicked off," are using wireless devices and simply lose their Internet connection, in other words the bandwidth degrades to almost zero. This commonly shows a white screen. If you wait long enough it will usually show up, you can try clicking on the Refresh button or pressing the F5 key on your keyboard, but this is between you and your Internet provider.

You can sign into your account and reset your Status from Started to Registered and then login to the class. You will start at the beginning.
