I logged in once but cannot login again, what now?

Something happened to the Internet Connection, you lost electrical power, the pop-ups were not tuned off, you accidentally closed the browser window and cannot log back in or any other circumstance to where you cannot continue the class. You will need to follow the steps below. You will be starting the class over.

The purchaser needs to login to their OnlineFlagger.com account, using the email and password used to purchase classes.
Once in the account, click on Student Listing from the left navigation.
Under the Status column, find the student, if their status shows Started, click on it and you can change the status to Registered.
The student may then login and start the class.
You can only change the student status if it shows Started.
