If you need more help with setting up your computer, we can view your computer monitor and walk you through any of the steps you have difficulty with.
There is a $15.00 charge for this service. Please purchase this service and follow the instructions. This service will guarantee your scores are submitted.
This will require a phone call to us so we can remote access your computer and help get the computer ready to take the class. This is best done during our normal business hours but if you call and schedule a time we can accommodate most students schedules, during our non-business hours.
We can even answer questions during the class. We cannot answer questions during the exam.
