If at any time you need help while trying to purchase a class, checking your computer system, or logging in, find and click the Live Help Button. We can talk (chat) you through any of it. If we are online, you may create an email. Please provide as much information as you can so we can answer your question.
If you need more help with setting up your computer, we can view your computer monitor and walk you through any of the steps you have difficulty with.
There may be a $15.00 charge for this service.
This will require a phone call to us so we can remote access your computer and help get the computer ready to take the class. This is best done during our normal business hours but if you call and schedule a time we can accommodate most students schedules, during our non-business hours.
We can even answer questions during the class. We cannot answer questions during the exam.
