Technical Questions
I failed part of the test, can I have a do over?	There are a couple things that can be done. Click Here for those options
I cannot log in	First you have to buy a class, Choose Purchase from the left Navigation bar Then register as the student, Choose Login from the left Navigation bar Did you exit the course and you cannot log back into the class.
I cannot login to the class	Are you entering the Unique Username that was assigned to by registering as the student. Do not use your email address or your own password. Did you exit the course and you cannot log back into the class.
Just come Help!	You can purchase our remote computer setup for $15.00. We normally handle these during business hours, Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM mountain standard time. Other times may be available if scheduled in advance by calling 720-962-8815 during business hours
I finished the class but in my account it says I have not completed it	A couple of things may have happened 1. You did not press the buttons Submit Scores and Exit the course 2. There are still tool bars with popup blockers on 3. You lost your Internet connection 4. You have a firewall turned on If you printed the popup at the end of the test please email or fax those results and we will analyze and manually update your record and send a new notification email. This popup will look similar to this.
I need to take only the Makeup test	I was part of a group class and my Username was set to take just the test I was sent an email stating that my score did not record and I need to take the test over again.

Why is it taking a long time to download the material?	If you are using HughesNet for your service provider here is a link to their site about their policy for Internet access. Some other Internet providers may have the same type of policy.
